Art graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration in 1956. He joined Allstate Insurance Company as a Multi-line Adjuster in 1960, and was promoted to Regional Claims Manager in 1964 and served in that capacity until joining Davidson & Company as a Multi-Line Adjuster in 1967. Art became the CEO of Davidson & Company, Inc. in 1983.

He has 50 years of experience in the Insurance, and Claims industry. There is virtually no aspect, or situation he has not encountered. He is a vast resource of knowledge related to the Insurance, and Claims industry.

He is Past President of the Mobile Claims Association, Past President of the Kiwanis Club, Past President of Professional Independent Adjusters of Alabama, and Past Southeast Regional VP of National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA). He has specialized training which includes Allstate Casualty School, Allstate Property School, as well as technical training in Heavy Equipment, and Tractor Trailer physical damage. He holds a certificate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America and has attended numerous training classes over the years related to Business Interruption Claims, Inland Marine/Cargo, as well as Products Liability and Continuing Operations. He is also considered an expert on Auto Dealership Claims, Garage Keepers, Garage Keepers Legal Liability, and Employee Dishonesty.

Art has handled, on an individual basis, loss adjustments with exposures in excess of $100,000,000.00.

Drew graduated from Auburn University with a BS Degree in Secondary Education/English-History Minor in 1983. He joined Davidson & Company, Inc. in 1984 and is currently President and General Manager. He has over 30 years experience as a Multi Line Adjuster, with his current expertise in Large Property Losses and Appraisal Resolution/Mediation/Umpire. His specialized training includes AIC designation from Insurance Institute of America, as well as completion of numerous other Institute courses. He holds the highest certification offered by National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which qualifies him to handle any size loss. He is a graduate of University Delaware Forensic Fire College. He completed advanced Arson and Fire Investigation (13CEU) at the University of Delaware. He holds a certificate from Marshall & Swift for his specialized training using their Residential, Calculator Cost, and Segregated Cost Valuation Service.

He is State Farm Certified in Wind and Hail, as well as trained by Xactimate Estimating School with an emphasis on Advanced Large Project Training. He is a Haag Certified Roof Inspector (HRRI & HCRI # 200912221). Drew's specialties are large property losses (Residential and Commercial), Commercial Roofing Claims, Business Interruption, Tractor Trailer Casualty, General Liability, Inland Marine Cargo, and Appraisal Resolution and Mediation.

He has been interviewed by Best Review on two occasions, in which he provided his insight regarding the handling procedures in use by the Insurance Claims industry in the Hurricane Katrina aftermath. His image appeared on the cover of the February 2006 Best Review. He was subsequently interviewed in 2010 with a subsequent article published in the June 2010 issue related to Lessons Learned in the Claims Industry by the experiences from Hurricane Katrina. He was published again with a feature article in the Best Review Supplement in November 2014.

Drew is now more involved in the day to day operations of the entire company with his emphasis on Quality Control, and Large Loss and Appraisal/Mediation. On an individual basis, he has handled loss adjustments with exposures in excess of $100,000,000.00.
 

Randy Phillips (Colonel, US Army Reserve - Retired)

Randy graduated from University of Louisiana, Monroe, with a BS Degree in Business Administration in 1971. After active duty in the United States Army, he joined Safeco Insurance Company as a Multi-Line Staff Adjuster in 1979. He joined Home Insurance Company in 1981. Randy joined Griggs Adjustment Service in 1993, until Griggs acquisition by Davidson & Company, Inc. in 1998. He has remained as a Multi-Line Adjuster, and now oversees branch operations as well as handles daily Multi Line Claims. He has specialized training from Safeco Property Casualty School, Xactimate, and Insurance Institute of America (INS 21, INS 22, INS 23). Randy is a member of the Montgomery Alabama Claims Association, Professional Independent Adjusters of Alabama, and the National Association of Independent Adjusters (NAIIA).

Randy retired from the United States Army Reserve as a Colonel.

Randy is licensed in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. He has extensive experience in all aspect of all type claims, from Automobile Physical Damage, Tractor Trailer, Liability, Casualty, Inland Marine/Cargo, and all types of Property losses whether it be Residential or Commercial.
